Nothing the facilities could but, but there was considerable road construction making nearby travel slightly difficult.

Connie made us feel like family. Felt very comfortable visiting with friends at length in the lobby.

Outlets in the room did not all work. Had laptop plugged in all night only to find the battery completely dead in the morning. Don't like the mirror on the inside of the bathroom door...you end up watching yourself go to the 'potty'. Put it on the outside of the door, please.

The staff that registered me went above and beyond. She even provided me with an upgrade with out my asking due to the occasion that was being celebrated. Overall, the room was neat and modern. Excellent location for a hotel due to the number of resturants and shopping centers in the area.

The cushions on the love seat were soiled in areas. The jacuzzi finish was peeling.

The location here is great, right in the middle of Jackson, and we stayed in a nicely renovated room with a comfy bed and a whirlpool.

I loved how many pillows they had on the bed. I sleep with many at home - and it was nice to have the same comfort at the hotel.

The curtains did not close all the way. There was a thin white curtain which covered the entire window - but the heavier curtains were fixed and non-movable - and there was light streaming in from the outside. I prefer to sleep in a pitch black room and having movable curtains would have helped.

Overall it was a comfortable stay on vacation. The room was recently renovated and decent sized with the jet tub, very comfortable bed plus a whirlpool as expected. The location of the hotel was ideal, in the middle of jackson. Had brunch in the Lizardville, located nearby.

The pool here is great and you can park right on site. The breakfast includes yummy bagels and waffles 🥯. The location is awesome, in a really nice area.
